On Monday afternoon, we identified a number of duplicate debit card transactions that had been withdrawn from customer accounts. This error took place because a transaction file was processed twice.

Action was immediately taken to resolve this issue and a credit was transferred to customer accounts on the same day. The very small number of customers who made a cashback transaction will have their accounts credited later today.

While a small number of customers have been impacted, we apologise unreservedly for the inconvenience we know this will have caused. If customers have been left out of pocket as a result of this issue we would encourage them to contact us so we can ensure they are put right.
