We made some changes to online banking to help make it easier and more straightforward to access your account.

To (re)register the device you're using to access online banking, you'll now be able to get an OTA sent to your landline.

This will help those customers who are unable to receieve the OTA via a mobile phone as they've previously had to wait for it to be delivered by post.

Log-in page
You'll see an improved log-in page when accessing online banking. No changes to the details you need to enter to log-in but the supporting information has been tidied up to make sure you only see relevant and useful prompts.
