I have tried a few times to view my card transactions and current balance. However it keeps telling me the site is down.Does anyone else experience this problem, is there another way to view card transactions. The telephone is not an option as its a minimum 20 minutes wait before the call is answered.

I've just viewed my Credit Card transactions online with no problem.
Could I suggest you clear your 'cookies' and try again.
If you're still experiencing difficulties you can send Tesco Bank a private message from here and ask them to look into this for you.
