On the Credit Card Transactions page in online banking, since the 8th of November (the day the .qif file was supposed to be available again), the .csv and .tif files (Download All and Download Last 30 Days) have not been updated. The format used in the display version is weird, with text instead of dates, so it is not a case of just copy and paste. Am I the only person who sees this? I did an online chat with a guy called Joe at Tesco Banking, but his advice was leave it for a few days, and see if it fixes itself. Not helpful from a Helpdesk!
If anyone from the technical side (or anyone who deals with them) is reading these posts, could I ask "Why are the buttons are still there if the functionality has been removed", and "Is this going to be fixed, or just ignored"?
I have used these files since 2005, and have spent over £146,000 on my Tesco Credit Card. Is it time for me to look for a new provider who offers the functionality I need???
