Pet insurance limit

    Hi
My dog is undergoing tests after several CT scans and X-rays to see if he potentially has bone cancer or not. I am waiting for the results to come through in the next few days and hoping it's not. But either way he will need further treatment on his leg as he is still limping on it. My insurance is the extra insurance and my limit is £4K the vets told me that just for the investigations and results it will be £4K so I won't be able to claim anymore for that condition if he needs further treatment. This is worrying me and I wondered if there was any way you can get further help with treatment etc. I have literally just gone on maternity leave with my first child and don't have loads of money hence why I have him insured but I didn't know that £4K would run out so quickly. Any help would be great. Thanks
