I am unable to provide proof of no claims. How do I amend this on my insurance policy?
I'm really sorry to hear this.
Your no claims would be on your renewal notification, if you do not have this you could contact your previous insurer.
I feel the best thing is to call 0345 246 2895 (car) or 0345 246 2904 (home) to discuss it and they will be only too happy to help and advise.
As your quote was based on your no claims discount your policy could be cancelled leaving you uninsured.

@Kathrynstinton Hey there, sorry to hear this. As mentioned by @25H above, if you're not able to provide proof of No Claims Discount (NCD) it's important you call us straight away to discuss your options. Are you not able to provide it because you don't have an NCD, or because you've been unable to receive it from your previous insurance company?
