I'm really sorry to hear this. The best advice would have been to cancel your policy by contacting your insurer as soon as possible after you were notified of the auto-renewal.
Unfortunately as your renewal date is within the next 72 hours your request cannot be processed online.
The quickest way would be to call the team on 0345 671 5688 tomorrow between 9am-2pm. Lines are open (Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9am-2pm).
Please have your policy number at hand when you call.
