I have question about if it is possible to see when my credit card promotional offer (0%) is due to.Another question is why such information is not provided as a standard on statements like for example in Santander?

Customers looking for this information would need to contact our Customer Service team on 0345 300 4278, available 24/7. If you don't want to call in then please privately message myself and copy in my colleague  with your DOB and postcode. We can take a look into this for you. When sending on your details can you please ensure you leave spaces between each of the characters, just like the format shown below:

Postcode: A B C 1 D E
DOB: 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 0

With regards to the information being shown on your statement it's not something that's standard at the moment, however, we will pass this feedback on.
