    Current account closure: Switch and payees ?

    Given the current accounts are being closed, I would like to understand how I can make sure the payees I have set up on my TB current account can be moved to whatever new account I choose to switch to.

    I don't believe this is covered in a standard switch process
    And I am not aware of any way to extract/export them from my account

    Does that mean my only option is a manual transfer - which would mean I have to create a new account without switching, and only trigger the switch after I have manually moved payees ?

    Payees are normally switched along with your other Direct Debits and Standing orders

    not that I didn't believe you but.... I double checked ;)
    I'm not sure why I didn't find this before, but "Your saved Payee details will also be transferred over. " from https://www.currentaccountswitch.co..../How.aspx#next

    Which means there's nothing stopping me from getting this switch sorted :D
