    How do I open a Pay+ account

    I have a clubcard account and have been invited to upgrade to Pay+. I have logged in to my clubcard account to apply, this send me to my Tesco Bank account which asks me to update personal details, they are all correct then - nothing! Just cannot fathom out what to do next, can anyone help? Thanks
