    I got a new credit card today. I activated it and used it to make an online payment which went through ok.
    I then changed my pin at an ATM to a more memorable one. it said on my letter that came with the card, that before it could be used contactless i had to withdraw cash from an ATM or use a chip and pin. I tried to withdraw cash but it said not available, I tried to use chip and pin and it was declined. I then tried to make a payment online and it was declined. I am waiting for Tesco to get back to me but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this with a new credit card.
