We understand making a claim is often a new experience for our customers, so it’s important you have easy access to the information you need to get things started. We’re pleased to let you know that Tesco Bank’s ‘Make a Claim’ webpage has been redesigned, making it easier for you to see who you need to speak to and how to start the claim process.
The page includes a new decision tree component to help you find the information easily, an option to make a glass claim online and advice on what to expect when making a claim. There is also useful links to our new motor FAQs. You can visit the page here.
