    "Page is not found" when attempt to download csv/csr files for transaction

    Hi,

    Since the new interface of Tesco online bank, I am not able to download any csv/csr files for the transaction. Every time I click on "Download", the the website will be directed to a new page, and it appears that The page is not found.

    Are there anyway to download the transaction? It is a very useful tool. I don't understand why you remove it or make it so hard to use

    Hi Joe

    i am not accessing it through bookmark or favourite.

    I have tried on different PC, and tried it on Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser.

    I have encountered same issues
