Won't let me pay my credit card!

    I'm doing my best to make sure I pay my credit card in full and on time etc but every which way I try Tesco doesn't seem to like it. I try and pay through the iPhone app using pay by bank which has worked before, and it automatically changes the amount to £1 every time. I try and pay using the app again by debit card, it declines my card which I know has enough money in to cover it and doesnt decline anywhere else. I try and pay through the website, and again it just will not process my payment.

    Are there problems at the moment preventing me from paying my balance?

    I am so sorry to hear the difficulties you're experiencing.
    I'm not aware of an problems.
    Please send Tesco Bank a private message and ask them to look into this for you.

    Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
    Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    You will receive a reply to your private message, with the appropriate response.
