Sub standard product received
Hi I bought an inflatable hot tub and used my credit card to pay for it at the end of May last year. The hot tub broke down last week and I have only been offered a £70 refund despite paying over £600 for it. It is impossible to get this repaired as costway no longer produce the parts so I requested a refund as I feel I have been sold a substandard product for the price I paid but have received no response to my request. Can I claim under my credit card cover?
