New email address not working
Hello,
I changed my email address on my credit card account on 13 January 2021, however, today I got an alert email to my old address. I've double checked my account, along with the alert settings, and it has the correct address. How long does it take for the system to catch up with itself? This email will be closing in two weeks when I change my ISP.
