    im having a problem getting any response for a chargeback despite having filled the form in and emailed it twice, and phoned.

    To do this just click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
    Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.

    I would suggest that you send a private message to Tesco Bank, and request confirmation that your claim has been received.

    You should have received an auto reply to your email when you submitted your claim.

    Please click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.

    Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.
