I've been locked out of my insurance account for some reason (no idea why - I was in it, followed a link to here, then when I went back I was told I was locked out).

Going to re-set details and its asking me to provide details of either my credit card / loan / bank account - but I have neither, so can't progress.

Any ideas? Can't believe I've had to go through the pain of having to set up and account to come in here and ask this rather than just being able to use the phone, or send an email.

I'm sorry to hear you've been locked out of your insurance account, so annoying!!!

If it's car insurance you can call the team tonight on 0345 246 2895 (Mon-Fri 8am – 8pm, Sat & Sun 9am – 2pm)
