    Reporting lost or stolen card

    why can I only report my debit card stolen over the phone when you clearly don't have the staff to cover phonelines? why not make this an online report - like it is with natwest, cancelling that card took 30 second. So far with Tesco i'm 30 minutes in and haven't spoken to anyone!

    ​​​​​​​unless i've missed where I can actually do this online?

    Hi @Hudson1984, I'm really sorry to hear this. I'm afraid reporting your debit card as lost or stolen isn't something that is available online at the moment, this would need reported over the phone. I appreciate what you're saying about having this feature online, so I will certainly feed this back to the relevant team.

    Reporting a lost or stolen debit card must be completed by phone.

    The correct number to do this on is : 0345 835 3353

    I really do understand that reporting your debit card online would be more convenient.
    However, currently you need to telephone 0345 835 3353 and speak to a team member.
