Has anyone got any pets they would like to share? I would love to hear all about them! I don’t know about everyone else, but my little fur babies have really helped me through these last few months. We have two dogs, Alfie (Cavachon) and Lucy (Cocker Spaniel). It’s been great having the company while working from home, they always keep me busy!

This is Alfie, he has the cheekiest wee face as you can see! His favourite things are eating (anything he can get his paws on), sleeping, and a trip in the car. He is quite a lazy dog; he would happily lie on the couch sleeping all day!




This is Lucy, she just recently celebrated her 5^th birthday! She is actually our brother and sister-in-law’s dog, but she stays with us often. She has seen more of the world than me, in 2019 she went on a camper van trip around Europe! She visited France, Italy, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein. Here is a picture of her enjoying the views in Switzerland!

This is Bagpuss (Baggy), he actually stays at my ex-wife's house, but is 100% my wee friend and comes to stay often!!! He was actually a rescue from a neighbor who sadly passed away. When I saw him, I knew his new home would be with us. He has the grumpiest face but the best personality ever.

In hot months we need to give him a Lions cut due to the amount of hair he has. Otherwise, he overheats and sticks his tongue out. ( @ChristopherP found this hilarious when I mentioned it in the office a while back).

Can't wait to see some of our communities pets!​​​​​​​

We don't have any pets, but that may change in the near future !

This is a picture of Sydney, our daughter's beloved cocker spaniel in Essex.

You can just about make out my stripy jim jams where i'm sitting on the sofa.

Sydney is a devil for hiding things, and making me go find them !

Their next door neighbour is a really odd, i caught her talking to three cats in her front garden.

She honestly believed that the cats understood every word that she spoke.

I told Sydney all about it when i got back indoors, we had a good laugh about it !!

Haha I won't lie, I speak to my pets like humans too! And I often prefer their company to other humans lol!

@ChristinaG you know I love some Alfie and Lucy photos!

Here's my favourite photo of my wee bestie Keira. She lives with my mum and dad on the Isle of Arran and this was taken on our way up Goatfell, which is the highest mountain on the island (she wasn't even tired afterwards, unlike me who was knackered). She loves going for walks, making friends with all people and animals (except cats) and eating anything she can get her big paws on. I've not seen her since August and I miss her loads.

This is a picture of our resident squirrel in the garden who visits frequently.



My other pet is 2 cats (yes I talk to them all the time) who's mother decided to use us to adopted them.
When the other one comes in I'll take a picture!!

We did have a cat previously but he died 😢

Other pets we have had were chicken's giving us lovely fresh eggs.

Aw @25H they are lovely, thank you for sharing! I'm also a cat lady, my mum has 2 called Alex and Jack (will need to find some pictures of them). My family clearly love giving all of our pets human names lol!
