Q1. Does anyone know what is the actual time to receive a refund from Paypal back onto the card? I have had one issued by PayPal on 14th December, but it has not landed on my account yet.

Q2. Why does it take so long?

This is my first post, so please let me know if it needs to be directed elsewhere.

Paypal Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days,

However it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.

The best thing to do is to send Tesco Bank a private message so they can check this out for you.

Please Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.

Complete it, click 'Submit Message', send your message securely and privately.

Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

You will receive a reply to your private message.

There's something wrong and doesn't sound quite right.
Usually refunds take between a few days and a week.

The best thing to do is to send Tesco Bank a private message so they can take a closer look.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message', send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
You will receive a reply to your private message.
