    Hi @cathybowden005

Please send a private message to Tesco Bank and they can confirm this for you.

Please Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message', send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

You will receive a reply to your private message with confirmation.

You are also be notified on your monthly statement two months prior to your 0% rate expiring.

Then 22 days prior to your 0% rate ending, you will be send an email to confirm this.

    Best regards, Chris, @CSKBrambles

    Hi @cathybowden005

The best way is to send tesco Bank a private message so they can take a closer look.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message', send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
You will receive a reply to your private message.

Tesco Bank will notify you two months prior to your 0% rate expiring.
    Have a lovely weekend.
    Warm wishes, Caz @25H

    Hi @cathybowden005

An error message is generated if your private message fails to send.

To check that your message has been sent successfully is quite easy.

Simply click on the envelope symbol or hover over your username on the home page and select messages.

On the message page you will see two blue buttons at the top of the page for Inbox and Sent Items.

Please select Sent Items, where you will find a record of your sent message/s.

I can see that your private message was sent successfully, and that you have now received a reply in your inbox.

    Best Wishes, Chris, @CSKBrambles
