Hi, just joined and wondered if anyone can help.

I was told to look for chargeback claim form on website. I cannot find it anywhere, does anyone know where it is.

Hi @Sarumfi , welcome to the Community! Is your chargeback travel related? If so, please follow the link shared by @CSKBrambles above. If your chargeback is for another reason, then you can follow this link for more information https://yourcommunity.tescobank.com/...edtransactions

Once you follow the link you'll be able to submit an online form and one of my colleagues in the Disputes team will review your claim. Please be aware that the team are very busy at the moment so it may take longer than usual for them to get back in touch. We appreciate your patience at this busy time. I hope this helps!
