    message service does not work

    just tried tosend 4 messages now totesco bank and everyone has not appeared in my sent folder. not impressed, dialled the phone number and then started with very long call waits. Tesco's bank is awful.

    Hi @curry99

    I'm sorry to hear this.
    Here is the link to send Tesco Bank a private message.
    Click on Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
    Complete it, click 'Submit Message', send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    You will receive a reply to your private message.

    Sorry to hear about this, if you can just run this check to see if you have access or not.

    1. Select messages from the drop down list when you hover over your username top right corner on the home page
    ​​​​​​​
    2. Select the Blue Sent button next to the Blue Inbox button

    If there are no sent items visible you may need to verify your account.

    no it still does not work i wish tesco could just let them email rather using a complicated and stresssfulsystem, i hate it.

    Hi @curry99

    I see KellyT has posted a response on here that your PM's have been replied to.
    You should get an email which you can access your messages.
    Alternatively you can click onto your avatar, then messages and then 'Inbox' top left hand side.
    Your incoming messages will be listed, just click onto them individually to read them.
