    The best way forward with your enquiry is to send Tesco Bank a private message so they can advise accordingly.
    Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.

    Complete it, click 'Submit Message', send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with specific details to your query.
    You will receive a reply to your private message.

    You should already receive a One Time Access Code (OTAC) when making online purchases.

    If this is not the case then you should contact Tesco Bank as directed by @25H

    You can also set up alerts on your Online Banking account, it's excellent for providing additional fraud protection.

    Simply log in, select manage account, then select Alerts, then select Set up and Manage Alerts, finally fill in your requirements and press Submit.
