I've had a Tesco bank credit card for years now, where you receive Clubcard points for everything you spend on the card both in tesco and elsewhere. I used to receive vouchers for the points every few months, but I haven't received any vouchers for ages now. Has this benefit stopped?

I too have a Tesco Credit Card and I still receive points for spending, so no it has not stopped.
The points are turned into voucher's every 3 months, the last vouchers were completed last month.

Alternatively you can call the Tesco Clubcard team on 0800 591688 who will be only too happy to help!!

The points are converted into voucher's quarterly, most recently completed in November.

The best way to resolve is to call Tesco Clubcard team on 0800 591688, they are super helpful and I got through to them last week within a couple of minutes.

If you have a smartphone you can also download the Clubcard app from the App Store/Google Play. You can use the app to earn Clubcard points/use Clubcard Prices as well as being able to redeem any coupons or vouchers too.
