    No claims statement

    Hi everyone,

    I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find the right answer. I need a No Claims statement from a past car insurance I had with Tesco but that's not available under Documents on My Account. Any ideas as how to get it?

    This should be part of the 'lapse' document. if you can't find this can you send a private message to the 'Tesco-Bank' account and we can upload this for you?

    I see RossM has replied to your query, has offered to upload your No Claims document and has requested you send Tesco Bank a private message.
    To do this click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode as well as your policy number.
    You will receive a reply to your private message.

    To send a private message click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
    Complete it, click 'Submit Message', sending your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with details.
    You will receive a reply to your private message.

    Alternatively you can find proof of your No Claims in either your cancellation or lapse letter, which can be accessed via Your Insurance Account:
    Once you've logged in to Your Insurance Account, select the relevant policy
    Click on 'View documents' on the home page
    You will be presented with a list of all the documents available and you just need to select the document you wish to view; either your renewal pack or the cancellation/lapse letter we sent you when your policy ended.

    Hi @bex7377

    You will find proof of your no claims on your existing car insurance policy.

    Alternatively you can give the car insurance team s call 24/7 on 0333 358 6666 and they can access your records.
