    Hello Sarah, I have tried to arrange for a chargeback to my credit card. However I keep on being directed to a disputes page that only seems to be dealing with holidays! No matter what type of dispute form I choose it always asks me if it is to do with car hire, accommodation, or cruises. I even received an email asking for more information and when I clicked on the link it wanted to know travel details. Today I telephoned several times, each time I spoke to a different person and was either given directions to web pges for holiday disputes or given email addresses that do not accept replies. Whilst Jack, Bradley, David, Alan, Vera-Joyce, and Praveena, tried their best to help, all of them misled me or gave me incorrect or misleading information. I have found the whole experience distressing. As aa loyal customer of TESCO for over 20 years I am reluctant to bypass them and go directly to the ombudsman, but with the best will in the world, I have no other choice
