Why do you need my phone number to register for Your Insurance Account?

To register for Your Insurance Account we will need either a  mobile or landline number so we can send you a One Time Access Code. This code is to make sure only you have access to your insurance documents and access to make changes to your insurance policy.

 

If you do not have a number registered or the number we have listed is incorrect, you will need to contact us to update this.

 

You can request this by sending a message to our Facebook or Twitter account. Alternatively, you can call Customer Services to arrange this. Please visit our contact us pages for Car and Home telephone numbers and opening hours.

Hi @Stevodas, can you contact us on our Twitter or Facebook pages to arrange this? Alternatively, you can give our team a call on 0345 246 2904 should you not find this suitable. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm and I hope this helps.

I cant login to my car insurance account.
