What happens if I have forgotten my username?

Your username is easily retrieved through our forgotten username process on Your Insurance Account, we just require some extra information from you.


  • To start the process select 'Forgotten your username?'
  • Please enter your name, date of birth and postcode
  • Click 'Continue' to log in
  • If you have more than one account we will also ask you for your policy number
  • Once your details are verified your username will appear on screen

If you have made any changes to your policy you will need to use the information that was on your policy when you first registered.

If your details aren’t recognised, this means you are not registered for Your Insurance Account. We launched this service on 10th December 2017, so if you accessed your documents via email prior to this date, then you need to register for the service first.

HI @roberthellowell, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with this. Provided we hold the correct information or you then this should work. Can I check if you've registered for Your Insurance Account before? Please try the registration option and let me know how you get on.

Don't bother registering i have been on here an hour going from page to page to page!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues @three. Can you let us know what you’re having difficulty with so we can see what we can do to help?

I am also having problems trying to log into my account and retrieve my renewal. I fill in my details, get to the verification code to be sent to my telephone number and nothing happens. I try to contact and I get no replies. My renewal is due on the 20th of this month!

Does anyone know what to do when you aren't getting the code through to your mobile for password reset please?

Hi @Securlee, thanks for your question. If you contact us via our social media channels, we can check into why the code isn't coming through. If you send a private message using your preferred platform, remember to include your full name, DOB and postcode.

i cant log in to my account for some reason
