Hi I have lost all my emails and can’t find my Tesco car insurance policy number or anything to say I’m covered only the deposit I paid can you help please thanks 


I have been a loyal Tesco car insurance customer for several years and after doing my annual renewal quote search, I was surprised to see a cheaper “Tesco price” available on a price comparison site.


I signed up and noticed my payment had been debited from my account, being concerned that I may be charged “twice” I phoned Tesco customer service, who were helpful and cancelled my automatic renewal, however there are to date no sign of my new document policies???? The new policy commences in 5 days??? Help

     I really need someone from Car insurance to email me urgently , I have had various missed calls but as I drive for a living I can not answer . My insurance is due to cancel in 48hrs and I am desperate to sort this out ...please make it easier to contact you
