If you don't collect your order within four days of your collection date, it will be cancelled and we'll refund the cost of your order, less a £10 late cancellation fee.
Refunds can take up to ten working days to credit back into your bank account. Tesco Travel Money doesn’t refund cash advance charges. Any late cancellation fee may also be subject to a cash advance fee by your card issuer.

If you cancel, we’ll refund the full amount you paid. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the collection time, we’ll charge a £10 late cancellation fee. When you order online, your bank may reserve the funds needed to complete the transaction.
These funds may be reserved for a number of days even if your order isn’t processed.
You could ask your bank to make the funds available now or wait till the bank releases these.
