You can order travel money at Tesco Travel Money:
Enter the amount you want to buy in pounds, and select Check Online Exchange Rates and Buy. Please note that the minimum amount you can buy online is £50
The amount of currency, the cost and the exchange rate will be shown. If you wish to continue, select Add to Basket
Select the delivery method - Home Delivery or Click & Collect (bureau collection)
If you choose Home Delivery, any delivery fees will be shown in the order summary
If you choose Click & Collect, you will be asked to select a travel money bureau that suits you
To complete your order, enter your personal and payment details then select Review Your Order. If the details are correct, complete the Terms and Conditions checks and select Submit Order.
You'll receive an email confirming your order within three hours.
To collect your travel money order from a bureau, you'll need to have the credit or debit card you used to pay for your online order and one of the following identity documents:
Valid Passport (any country)
Valid UK Photographic Driving License
Valid EU ID card
The identity document and the payment card must be for the person who paid for and is collecting the order.
If your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within three hours.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your junk/spam email folder in case it's there.
If it's not, please call us on 0345 366 0103 to check your order has been processed. This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
We'll keep your travel money order for four days from your collection date.
If you don't collect your order within four days of your collection date, it will be cancelled and we'll refund the cost of your order, less a £10 late cancellation fee.
Refunds can take up to ten working days to credit back into your bank account. Tesco Travel Money doesn’t refund cash advance charges. Any late cancellation fee may also be subject to a cash advance fee by your card issuer.
