What should I do if my travel money order has not arrived?

If your travel money order hasn't arrived by 1pm on your delivery date, please call us on 0345 366 0103*. This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.

I had ordered click and collect for Turkish Lira and chosen the date for 24/12 but when I go to the store, the customer service told me they can’t give me the money because the MoneyGram is not working on that day even I mentioned I had ordered it online they still replied they can’t give it to me (my flight is on 26/12) obviously i can’t get it on time will Tescobank giv my money back?

You can reach them on  0345 366 0103 (Mon - Fri: 9am - 10pm and Sat - Sun: 10am - 8pm) or you can email them at  Tesco.Online@travelex.com and they'll be able to look into this for you.
