My travel money order has timed out on the verification screen, has it been processed?

If your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within three hours.

 

If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your junk/spam email folder in case it's there.

 

If it's not, please call us on 0345 366 0103 to check your order has been processed. This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.

i had this aswell it came up red and said unable to process order but checked my bank account straight after and it was gone i did this twice and saw that £550 was gone not sure how i get this back as i never had an email confirming payment had been taken
