How do I update my address details?

You can change your address 24 hours a day via Your Insurance Account.

 

All you need is your new postcode and house number, then we can provide you with a quote. If you go ahead and change your address via Your Insurance Account then no administration fee will be applied, but your premium may change.

 

This answer relates to Tesco Bank Car Insurance only and is not applicable to Tesco Bank Box Insurance.

Hi Dee, I am sorry but I am not able to update your address here.

 

If you need to update your address, please call us on 0345 246 2895 or 0113 209 3098 if calling from a mobile. This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator, open 8am-9pm Mon-Fri & 9am-5pm Sat/Sun.

I need to change my phone number on the account. Insurance is pre Dec 17 so not registered for insurance account and can't verify my id as my phone n7mber is wrong. Can't get through to any of your offices and car is being delivered today. How else can I change my phone number?

@soulscribeweir sorry for the delay in our response. Did you get this sorted?

 

Our lines were shut from Wednesday lunchtime until Saturday due to the weather. If you still need to change your mobile number the quickest way to do this is by calling 0345 246 2895. Although you can usually contact us via our Facebook or Twitter pages, due to the closure last week we are extremely busy and may take a couple of days to reply. We are open until 9pm tonight if you call us though, hope you get things sorted. Sarah

I've logged onto my insurance page to change my home address but there is no where for me to change my address, how do i change it? 

Hi @Abull, thanks for getting in touch. Provided you are not in the renewal cycle, you will be able to update this by selecting 'make changes' > 'amend my address'. If you are in the renewal cycle, you will need to give us a call to update this. I hope this clarifies things for you.
