How do I cancel my policy?

We are sorry you are considering cancelling your Car Insurance policy.

 

If you need to cancel your policy, please call Customer Services. Alternatively, you can write to us via Freepost RSJB-RZZY-HTJB, Tesco Bank Customer Service, P.O. Box 276, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE12 2BT.

 

Please note, there will be a £40 fee for cancelling your policy unless you cancel within the first 14 days. More information can be found within your Policy booklet.

hello. I was due to renew my car insurance. Your renew charge is to high. I would like to cancel the insurance. I’ve been trying to call you guys but not getting through. 

Please cancel ku policy from today.

I’ve attached a link below, please select which type of policy you have and then scroll down the page to find the form. However, if your renewal date is within 48 hours, or you need to make any changes for the remainder of the policy, please contact our Insurance team on 0345 246 2895 (Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat: 9am - 2pm). If you have problems with this, or would like to discuss the renewal, please let us know

Trying to change my car insurance online is a complete and utter joke.

 I have been trying for three days and failed.

I want to cancel my car renewal insurance I can’t even find to cancel on here and tried to call but could not get through I think we should cancel on here online banking instead of trying to call and at our expenses!!!

Hi can someone PLEASE help?? I have been trying for 5 days to cancel my car insurance and it's impossible 😠 I have 1 more day before my 14 days are up😠😠😠😠😬

Bloody utter stupid I don’t have a computer to fill a damn form!!! I only got my phone and iPad there’s no damn form to fill in and I’ve already emailed to Tesco bank to cancel still they won’t have it so I’ve already cancelled my account to my bank and I’m giving up as I’ve already told them that’s it!!!!
