Hi, I got lower quotation from other insurer than the Tesco renewal price. I want to contact Tesco once before I change my mind. But all the numbers hangs up after covid 19 message. What is the alternative way to discuss?

I have just had a renewal notice but the price is too high, especially since I have lost my income due to Covid and will have to pay monthly. Your telephone service appears not to be working and just goes to an engaged tone. There is no message about reduce hours to say what they are. It is totally infuriating! I want to negotiate a price .
