How can I view my Car Insurance documents?

You can view your Car Insurance documents 24 hours a day via Your Insurance Account.


Not yet registered? It only takes a few minutes to register and you can view, download and print any of your policy documents straight away.

Once logged in to Your Insurance Account, please click View Documents. You will be presented with a list of all the documents available and the dates they are valid from.

Documents by post:

Documents sent in the post can take up to five working days to arrive.

Please note, when checking your documents you must ensure all your information is accurate and up to date as any incorrect information could leave you uninsured.

I have an expired policy and am looking for the no claims discount documents. As the policy expired I got an email stating "We have sent you important document(s) about your car policy, including your proof of no claims discount. To access your documents you need to log in to Your Insurance Account." - I registered and logged in, but found the online documents section reports: "You currently have no documents available to view or download.". I see on the forum a few others have had issues finding the documents, do I need to message something directly to get my documents please?

Hi, I am trying to register to view my car insurance documents. I get this message:


To check it's you, we need your mobile or landline number, We need this to send you a one time access code.

Contact us to give us your mobile and/or landline number. Once we have this, you can restart registration.


It then takes me to the help pages. Any help?

When I log into my account to view my insurance documents all I see are links for new car insurance quote or home insurance quote with no links anywhere to view current documents. Could someone help please.

That is odd. Which document are you looking to download? 


Specifically I'm looking to download my proof of no claims discount which I've had an email saying is available.
