I have been meaning to increase my pet ins, at the moment I'm on the standard cover, but the younger dog has developed a lipoma, would it be possible to increase the existing insurance or is this asking too much? Thanks

My 2 pets will be moving to my girlfriends address.Do I need to let you know, they will remain my pets they will just be at a different address to me.

Thinking of taking out one of your policies .It doesn't mention under 3rd party liability what happens if your dog bites anither dog or is this covered under the word 'property' of someone else ?
Hi @Rosiek, a claim would be made under the 'Third Party Liability' section of the policy should your dog bite or attack another dog as you’ve mentioned above. My kittens are too young to be neutered but will be when they're old enough. Does ticking that they're not neutered impact on the quote provided?
Hi @Laura_M, thanks for getting in touch. If you were to take out a policy with us to cover your kittens, we'd need all the information as of today's date, so if the kittens aren't neutered, we'd need to know that. Once they have been neutered though, you can call us and we can amend your policy to reflect the change.

I have premier cover due to start on 26th July, the cover states that dental is included providing that the pet has had a dental check up and any work advised has been carried out. How is this proved? I am currently abroad in Cyprus with my pet until we move back when my cover starts in England-would a dental check up abroad be accepted if further down the line he developed dental problems?
Hi @Jess_Arthey, thanks for getting in touch. If you were to get the dental checks done in the UK, we would be able to accept a letter from the vet as proof. This would have to be from a UK vet though, we wouldn’t be able to accept overseas letters as part of your premier cover I'm afraid.
