What do I do if my bank account details change for my Pet Insurance?

I need ro change my address on the Pet Insurance - is this possible???  No address on the letter confirming my pet insurance and no email address to change it either??

My direct debit has been cancelled and I can't login online, what do I do?

As our Pet Insurance is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance, it would be best to give them a call on 0345 078 3895 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm, Sat: 9am - 5pm, Sun: 10am - 5pm) and they'll be happy to help you with this.
