What do I do if my bank account details change for my Pet Insurance?

If your bank details change, call us on 0345 072 2112* and we will update our records with your new details.

 

Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.

I need ro change my address on the Pet Insurance - is this possible???  No address on the letter confirming my pet insurance and no email address to change it either??
