Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.

How long does it take to receive a temporary security number via text message please? Seem to have locked myself out 😮
Hi @Kimg2468, if we were to send a Temporary Security Number (TSN) by post it would arrive within 3-5 business days to arrive and will be valid for 30 days. If you would like this sent by text please give us a call on 0345 300 3511 (24/7) and my colleagues will be able to arrange this for you. The TSN sent by text will usually arrive within a few minutes if not instantly.
