Hi, I'm trying to register for online banking with my credit card but it doesn't recognise my basics details that include name, date of birth and credit card number but I'm able to pay over the phone using the same details..please help?

same with me, can not register as it says my basic details are wrong. Tried calling, but as with all banks massive waiting times!
