Log in to Online Banking and select Manage account on the Online Banking Overview to view your Credit Card Overview.
On the Credit Card Overview, select Update address, email and phone number from the Manage your account menu and update your new details.

I have recently got married - how do I change my name from my maiden name to my married name?

Hi @spudkin40 if you are registered for online banking then you can change your address by following the steps in the FAQ above
Hi @Jan123Have you managed to update your address? If not, you can do this by logging into Online Banking and selecting 'Manage Account' and following the instructions above if updating a credit card. If it's a bank account then you would log in via Online Banking and as mentioned select 'Manage Account' then 'Change Your Address' found on the right hand side under 'Your Details'.
