Log in to Online Banking and select Manage account on the Online Banking Overview to view your Credit Card Overview.
On the Credit Card Overview, select Update address, email and phone number from the Manage your account menu and update your new details.

Hi @Chosies, if the details we have for both your mobile number and home address are incorrect you will need to give us a call so we can discuss this further and get a temporary security number to you. I am surprised that I had to change my email address separately for each account. Still, at least I was able to find instructions here. Thanks.
Hi @Sharron1, please send a private message with your full name, DOB, postcode and mobile number to @CET so we can send you a temporary security number (TSN).
Please note: don't include the @ symbol when putting in the contact details via private message, just CET. For details like your DOB, postcode and phone number, we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D, 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6 and 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 otherwise the information is removed by the system.

Hello @michaelcjamesIf you have access to online banking then please follow the instructions listed above within this FAQ to update your email address. If you don't have access to online banking then please give our team a call on 0345 300 4278 anytime and my colleagues will update your details.
HI - how do I update my mobile number please. I no longer have access to my previous mobile and as I'm currently abroad I don't want to call the UK.
If you're able to log in online then you can update here. If you're currently locked out or your device is recognised then the only way that we can update your details is by giving us a call. We have an overseas number available for our Online Helpdesk which is +441412787386, and available 24/7.Alternatively we can arrange to reset your details by sending a code in the post which will allow you to continue your log in. This can take between 3-5 business days to arrive and will be valid for 30. Once received you can log in and update your contact number. If you would rather this option then please send a private message to our @CET account including your full name, DOB and postcode (in the same format as below). We can also be contact on Twitter (@tescobankhelp) and Facebook (Tesco Bank), if you again get in touch privately with your details we'll send a code in the post.A B 1 2 C D 1 0 0 7 2 0 1 7
