Last year we launched the Balance Transfer feature which helps our credit card customers use their Tesco Bank card balance to pay off another credit card debt. We were really happy to see customers heading to our app to use this feature and leaving us useful feedback on how to improve it.

Since then we’ve used this feedback to refine and reorganise the information we present to make things clearer. For example, the transfer fee is automatically calculated on the first screen, so you know exactly what you’re paying from the first step.
