We understand that customers who have booked a flight with Fly BMI will have some concerns following the recent announcement that the company has ceased trading. If you have booked, please send a copy of your invoice and booking details to disputes@tescobank.com and we will progress your claim as soon as possible.

i submitted my Flybe  claim for a refund on the 6.3.20 via my credit card s75 rights.

 

can you inform me how soon the refunds will take to be processed
