If you previously asked us to consider amending our decline decision and we were unable to do so, you should wait 3-6 months to reapply.
If your circumstances have changed, you can re-apply at any time.
If you did not previously ask us to consider amending our decline decision you may re-apply at any time.
Each time you apply we'll carry out a credit search and this will affect your credit rating.
You may be able to change your mortgage rate before the end of your initial rate period. You can contact us to discuss what rates are available. Please be aware however that if you go ahead with the change you may have to pay an Early Repayment Charge and any other fees that may apply.

No, you can't view your mortgage statement online, but you can view a summary of your mortgage account, including details such as your current balance, interest rates and monthly repayments. To find out more about My Account click on the 'Manage your mortgage' tab at our existing mortgage customers page. Once you are logged in, click 'View/Change Mortgage details' to view your mortgage information.
You’ll receive your mortgage statement via the post annually, on the anniversary of the mortgage funds being released.

Tesco Bank currently accept remortgage applications to fully repay a Help to Buy Equity Loan under the Homes England or Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd schemes.
