What do I need to use the Mobile Banking App?

To access the Mobile Banking App we recommend you use the most recent version of iOS or Android. We’ll tell you which versions are supported when you download it from the App Store or Google Play.

 

We’re constantly updating the Mobile Banking App (adding new features and improving existing ones) so after an update we might not support older versions of iOS or Android.

 

If your device doesn’t meet the minimum requirements to access the Mobile Banking App it may not work or some features may not work as expected.

I'm registered for online banking, I can view my statement, I would like to use to App but require a 4 digit number, where do I get this from

Hi @Pablo0199, when you set up the app for the first time, we'll send out an access code to your mobile to complete the registration process. I'm not sure what the four digit number would be though. What does the screen say when you download the app and enter your username?

hi downloaded app cause I have a new phone it sends me an sms message with a code I have to leave app to get code when I og in again using code it wont except it Help

The App should allow you to leave for a short while then resume once the code has been received. Are you able to slide down from the top of your phone (to see something akin to a notifications screen) without physically leaving the App?
