How do I change back to paper statements for my Savings Account?

To change back to paper statements, log in to Online Banking and follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Select “Manage Account” from the Personal Current Account panel.

 

Step 2: Select “Your Preferences” from the right hand menu and then select “Change paperless preferences”.

 

Step 3: Untick the box next to “I’d like to go paperless” and then “Update” to save your preferences. 

 

Alternatively, if you’re using our app, you can go to the settings menu and select the “Paperless” option. Here you can toggle on or off the products you want to go paperless whenever you want.


Remember, if you need a one off paper statement for proof of identity, address or income, you can call us on 0345 678 5678* and we can send you one by post.

 

*This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
