Hi @trappereduk, unfortunately our mobile banking app isn't currently compatible with Windows mobiles.I will log feedback that this is something that you would like to see, and hopefully we can offer it for you in the future.
Hi I recently changed phones and have tried to down load the banking app, however it keeps saying I’ve got the app registered to to many devises and to uninstall some!, both my previous phones have had the apps deleted and the phones taken back to factory settings!, I’m very unhappy at not being able to access my account please can you advise me.
Hi @Nannyjane can you send @Tesco-Bank a private message with your date of birth and postcode please so we can look into this? Can you also include the make and model or your phone?
When sending your information, please inclue a space between each character or else the system removes it.
I put the Tesco bank app on my Samsung S7 Edge in preperation to use when opening a new account with Tesco.On receiving my card ,it wouldnt let me log in so I deleted the app to try and reinstall it and start again.
It now won't let me install it saying it is 'incompatible with my device' .
This is so frustrating! I don't want to have to go to my laptop every time I want to check my account etc.
My phone is using the latest software 7.0 and the app installed a week before so why won't it install now?
The only thing that has happened different with my phone is there was the software update inbetween the app being ok to saying it was incompatable.

Please note: don't include the @ symbol when putting in the contact details via private message, just Tesco-Bank.
In the message explaining your situation, include your name, date of birth and postcode. Please also confirm if this is the standard size S7 or a larger model.
For details like your DOB and postcode we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D and 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6, otherwise the information is removed by the system.
I have LG G5 and application doesn't work. It shows me message: It looks like something's gone wrong. There was a problem retrieving your details. Please try to log in again or use Online Banking.
Who has any ideas?

I never been able to install this app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) is always says the device isn't compatible with this version so | am unable to install it. This has been the case since I had the device in April 2016. How long do I have to wait before I will be able to install the app.
It is the only app that I have used on my old S5 that won't work on the tablet. I am up to date on my updates and I have been hoping that one day this will be fixed.
Thanks for getting in touch @graceman. Our app doesn't currently run on tablets, but we are looking into this. As soon as we have an update, we'll be back in touch. In the meantime though, you'll still be able to view your online banking using the browser on your Tab.
